This elegant Christmas-themed runner runs down the middle of the table and instantly says the season has arrived.

It is cut from thick material, so it lies flat and heavy instead of sliding about when plates and dishes move. Tassels on the ends add a finished, hotel-style touch. At 180cm x 33cm, it covers a good stretch of a family dining table while leaving room for place settings either side. Add candles, a bowl of baubles or the serving dishes, and the room is ready for guests.

Specifications

Size

180cm x 33cm

Material

Thick fabric

Finish

Tassels on the ends

Theme

Christmas

Buying guide

Measure your table first: at 180cm, the runner suits most six-seater tables with a little overhang. Lay it centrally and let the tassels hang over each end. Shake out crumbs after each meal and spot-clean small spills straight away. Iron on low from the reverse side if it creases in storage, and roll it rather than folding it after the season.

How it compares

A thin printed runner slips and wrinkles every time someone reaches for the rice. This one has weight to it, so it stays put through a long Christmas lunch, and the tassels give it a richer look than a plain hemmed edge.

Frequently asked questions

How long is this table runner?
It is 180cm long and 33cm wide.

Does it have tassels?
Yes, it has tassels on the ends.

Is the fabric thin?
No, it is made from thick material.

Will it fit a small round table?
It is better suited to rectangular tables; on a small round table the ends will hang well over the edge.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes — same-day delivery within Nairobi and countrywide shipping to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and beyond, with payment by M-Pesa or on delivery.

Available at WIMU Kitchen, Nairobi. Same-day Nairobi delivery · countrywide shipping (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret) · pay by M-Pesa or on delivery.
