metal-toilet-tissue-holder-with-top-shelf-black-or-white-18-6-10-9-cm
Metal Toilet Tissue Holder with Top Shelf - Black or White, 18.6 × 10 × 9 cm

This metal toilet tissue holder holds your roll on an open bar underneath and gives you a flat shelf on top for your phone, a tissue pack or a small bottle of lotion. It solves the question every small bathroom raises: where do I put my phone? Instead of balancing it on the cistern or a wet basin edge, it sits safely at arm's reach. At 18.6 × 10 × 9 cm it is compact enough for narrow Nairobi apartment bathrooms and guest toilets, yet the shelf is deep enough for most smartphones. The raised shelf edge stops things sliding off, and the open-ended bar means you change a roll in seconds without unscrewing anything. Choose black or white to match your tiles and fittings: black gives a sharp, modern look, while white blends quietly into a light bathroom. It is a small upgrade that makes the whole room feel more organised.

Specifications

Material

Metallic finish

Colours

White, Black

Size

18.6 × 10 × 9 cm

Design

Roll bar below, flat shelf with raised edge above

Mounting

Wall-mounted

Best for

Phones, tissue packs, wipes, small toiletries

Available colours

White, Black

Buying guide

Pick the colour by your bathroom, not the photo: black stands out against white or grey tiles and hides marks well, while white disappears into a light room and makes a small space feel bigger. Fit it beside the toilet at a height you can reach comfortably while seated, and keep it away from direct shower spray so the shelf stays dry. Use a spirit level when mounting, since a slight tilt is enough to make a phone creep towards the edge. Keep the shelf for light items such as a phone, a soft tissue pack or a slim lotion bottle. Clean it with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it; avoid scouring pads, which can scratch the finish.

How it compares

A standard roll bar costs less but leaves you without a surface, so the cistern lid becomes a cluttered shelf. Plastic over-the-cistern caddies take up more room and can look cheap. This metal holder adds a useful shelf without taking floor or cistern space, which is the better trade-off in compact bathrooms. For storing many spare rolls you will still want a separate basket or cabinet.

Frequently asked questions

What size is it?
It measures 18.6 × 10 × 9 cm, a compact footprint that fits beside most toilets without crowding the wall.

Which colours are available?
It comes in white and black.
