1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.
- Upcountry (via courier or G4S/SGR): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@wimukitchen.com or call +254 706 942 420. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.

Yes — every Steam Iron sold by WIMU Kitchen is 100% genuine and brand new in its original packaging. We source directly from authorised distributors, so batch codes and serial numbers are intact. You can verify authenticity on the manufacturer's website using the codes printed on the box.
How long does delivery of the Steam Iron take in Kenya?
Nairobi orders for the Steam Iron are delivered same-day or next working day for a flat KSh 200. Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and other major towns arrive in 2–3 working days. Remote counties take up to 4 working days via our courier partners — Wells Fargo, G4S, NNUS and Mololine. You'll receive an SMS with a tracking number the moment your parcel ships.
What payment methods can I use for the Steam Iron?
WIMU Kitchen accepts M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers for the Steam Iron. Nairobi customers can also pay cash on delivery once the rider arrives at your door. For larger orders you can also use bank transfer or split the payment over two M-Pesa transactions.
Can I return the Steam Iron if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 1 day from delivery to request a return of the Steam Iron as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. Returns are free — we send a rider to collect it at no charge within Nairobi, or refund the courier fee for upcountry returns.
