2. Products & Pricing
- We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and stock levels at any time without prior notice.
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable VAT where relevant.
- Photographs are illustrative — slight variations in colour, shade, or finish may occur.
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, but occasional pricing or stock errors may occur. If your order is affected, we will contact you before processing.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you offer to purchase the listed products at the stated price. An order is only confirmed once we have received cleared payment and have sent you an order-confirmation email. We accept Mpesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at no charge before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the Refund Policy applies. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability; a full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; we are not liable for courier delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
