Buying guide
Measure your frame before ordering — parasol covers are sized to the frame diameter and the number of ribs, and a cover that does not match the rib count will not sit correctly however close the diameter is. Always close a parasol in wind, whatever the fabric: wind damage to the frame is what ends most parasols, and an open canopy is a sail. Let the cover dry fully before closing it away, since folding a wet canopy causes mildew that stains permanently. Rinse dust off occasionally, and store the parasol closed and covered out of season.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.

6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
