Decant as soon as you open a packet — the first week is when flour, cereal and rice lose most of their condition, and an open bag in a cupboard is an invitation to weevils and moisture. Wash and dry containers completely before refilling, since even slight dampness cakes flour and sugar. Label with the date as well as the contents, which tells you what to use first. Stack the large containers at the back and the 2.5L sizes at the front where they are reached daily. Wipe lid seals occasionally; a crumb in the groove breaks an airtight seal entirely.
How it compares

4. Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit
