Buying guide
Ten litres is roughly six 500ml bottles plus a lunch box — a person or a couple, not a family day out. Freeze a water bottle overnight and use it as the ice block: it chills the box and gives you a cold drink later, without the melt water that loose cubes leave in the bottom. Pack it full; empty space is what warms a small cooler fastest.
How it compares
Against a cooler bag, a rigid box protects what is inside from being squashed and holds cold noticeably longer, at the cost of folding away when empty. Against a 25 litre box, this one is easier to carry and quicker to fill but runs out of room the moment you add a family's drinks. For events and catering, go well above this size.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
