Wash and dry the jars fully before first use and before every refill, as damp glass makes spices clump. Write on the labels before sticking them on and keep each lid with its jar. Wash the glass by hand; wipe the bamboo lids with a damp cloth and let them air-dry, as soaking or the dishwasher can crack bamboo. Store away from the cooker and direct sun. Twelve jars of one size is plenty for most kitchens; split the set if you also want some jars for tea or snacks.

4. Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
