Buying guide
The detachable waste tank is the part to check on delivery: it lifts away and empties into a normal toilet, which is what keeps the unit hygienic. Use a sanitising fluid in the waste tank if it will sit for a day or more, particularly in hot weather. Empty it before it is completely full — a 10 litre tank is heavy and awkward when brim-loaded.
How it compares
Against a simple bucket-style camping toilet, the flush and sealed waste tank make it usable indoors without odour. Against a chemical toilet cassette in a motorhome, it is portable and far cheaper, though smaller in capacity. 3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
