Buying guide
Match bauble size to your tree: 6–8cm balls suit trees up to about 6ft and fill gaps between branches, 10–12cm balls give classic coverage on 6–8ft trees, and 15–20cm balls work best as statement pieces on big trees and displays. Mixing two or three sizes in the same colour gives the fullest, most professional look. As a guide, a 6ft tree takes roughly 50–70 baubles in total. Hang the largest ones deep inside first, then fill outwards with smaller ones. Wipe with a dry cloth and store in the box between seasons.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
