This silicone shower barrier is a 2 metre bottom sealing strip that keeps shower water where it belongs, inside the shower area and off the rest of your bathroom floor. It stands about 3cm high and 1.6cm wide, and sticks to the floor with an adhesive backing. The soft silicone bends to follow straight or curved lines, so you can shape it around a corner shower, along a shower curtain or across a doorway. It is a simple fix for open showers common in Kenyan apartments, where water runs onto the floor, soaks the bath mat and makes the room slippery. It is also handy at the edge of a wet kitchen or laundry area. It is available in white, grey and black to match your tiles. Easy to cut to length and easy to wipe clean.

Buying guide
Measure the line you want to seal before cutting; 2m covers most shower openings. The floor must be clean, dry and free of soap residue for the adhesive to hold, so scrub the spot, let it dry fully, then press the strip down firmly along its length. Avoid wetting it for several hours after fitting. Pick white, grey or black to blend with your tiles. Wipe it during your normal bathroom cleaning to stop mould at the edges.
How it compares
A glass shower screen stops splashes completely but is costly and needs fitting. A bath mat soaks up water but stays wet and smelly. A silicone barrier strip is a low-cost middle ground: it holds water back at floor level, bends to any shape and can be peeled off when you move.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
