Buying guide
Prepare your oats, yoghurt or salad in the glass base and put dry toppings in the upper cup so they do not go soggy. Keep the lid closed and the jar upright when carrying it in a bag. Glass can be warmed, but remove the lid and topping cup first and let the jar cool before washing. Hand wash the lids and spoons; the glass parts clean easily in warm soapy water. 3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@wimukitchen.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
