Buying guide
Before the first use, wash the flask with warm soapy water and rinse well. For hot drinks, rinse the inside with hot water first so your tea stays warm for longer. Screw the lid on firmly and keep the flask upright in your bag for the first few trips until you are sure of the seal. Hand wash only; soaking or a dishwasher can damage the colour finish and the gold-tone trim. Leave the lid off to dry so it does not trap smells, and wipe the strap clean with a damp cloth.

4. Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit

7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
