Buying guide
Match the cover to your pack's litre rating, not your guess — a cover that is too big flaps and tears, and one too small will not reach the base. Fit the cross-buckle strap under the pack rather than leaving it loose, which is what stops the cover peeling off in wind. Keep it in an outer pocket, not deep in the pack; a rain cover you have to unpack for is useless.
How it compares
Against a dry bag inside the pack, a cover protects the whole exterior including straps and pockets, while a dry bag protects only what is inside it — serious trekkers use both. Against a plastic bag, this stays on and does not shred. Against a waterproof pack, it is a fraction of the cost and can move between bags.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
