Decide which shaker is salt and which is pepper, then keep it that way so you do not mix them up. Fill through the base and use dry, fine salt for the best flow; coarse salt can block the holes. Keep the set away from steam and the sink, as damp salt clumps. To clean, wipe the outside and stand with a damp cloth and dry straight away. Do not soak the shakers or wash them in a dishwasher.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues

6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
