Check the fit: this is a medium square frame, so it suits most adult faces, but it cannot take prescription lenses unless an optician can fit them. Charge fully before first use with the included cable, then pair it with your phone like a Bluetooth earpiece. Clip on the dark lens for sunshine and the yellow lens for glare. Keep it away from heavy rain and do not submerge it. Clean the lenses with a microfibre cloth, and wipe the arms with a dry cloth. Store it in a case so the clip-on lenses do not get scratched.
