A C-shaped pillow suits women who sleep on one side and want back support behind them and a cushion between the knees in front; you lie inside the curve with your head on the top section. It works best on a double bed or larger, so check your space if you share a 4x6. Most women find it helpful from the second trimester, when sleeping on the back becomes uncomfortable.
