A folding camping chair built the way they should be: a metal frame for rigidity and waterproof canvas for the seat and back, so a shower or damp ground does not leave you sitting on a wet chair for the rest of the afternoon. It opens in seconds and folds flat enough to live permanently in a car boot.
Specifications
| Frame | Foldable metal frame |
| Fabric | Waterproof canvas |
| Setup | Opens and folds in seconds |
| Storage | Folds flat for a boot |
| Use | Camping, sports days, fishing, beach, events |
| Best for | Anyone who sits outdoors regularly |
Buying guide
Keep one per family member in the boot and you will use them far more than you expect — school sports days, roadside stops, church events. Open it fully until the frame locks before sitting down, which is where most camping chair failures actually happen. Dry the canvas before folding it away, since damp canvas in a boot grows mildew.
How it compares
Against a plastic stacking chair, this folds flat and travels. Against a moon chair, it is lighter and more compact but less enveloping to sit in. Against a zero gravity recliner, it is for sitting rather than lounging — and a fraction of the space in the car.
