Buying guide
Pick a smooth, flat wall such as tile, glass or a painted surface near the sink, but out of direct shower spray. Clean and dry the spot well before mounting so the box holds firmly. Keep it light: toothbrushes, a tube of paste and a razor are ideal. Hang only small, light items from the tail hook. To clean it, wipe the pocket with a damp cloth and tip out any water that collects at the bottom, so it stays fresh.

3. Shipping Fees

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
