That construction is why it is so much warmer than an ordinary fleece blanket — the sherpa pile traps air against you while the flannel side stays smooth to the touch. Turn it flannel-side down on a cool evening, sherpa-side down when it is genuinely cold.

Buying guide
Wash it cool and keep it away from high heat when drying — sherpa mats and loses its loft if it is tumbled hot, and once matted it does not recover. Shake it out as it dries to keep the pile open. It sheds a little on the first wash, so run it on its own the first time.
How it compares
Against a plain fleece throw, sherpa-backed flannel is substantially warmer. Against a woollen blanket, it is easier to wash and less breathable. Against a duvet, it is light enough for a sofa but warm enough to sleep under on a cold night.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
