The LP 8186-GO does something most wall lights do not: its structured Art Deco face diffuses the light as it leaves the fitting, so you get a soft wash and a pattern rather than a single bright point. Keep the bulb warm — 2700–3000K — because a cool bulb behind a patterned face makes the pattern look harsh. Mount at roughly 150–160cm in circulation spaces and lower beside a bed. Symmetry does most of the work with Art Deco fittings, so buy in pairs wherever the wall allows. Confirm your wall type before installation: plasterboard needs the right anchors, and a heavier aluminium fitting will not hold on friction plugs alone. Wiring should be done by a qualified electrician.
