Check your tree's height: this bag takes trees up to 10ft, so it also suits 6ft, 7ft and 8ft trees with room to spare. Remove lights and ornaments first, fold the branches upwards towards the trunk and slide the sections in largest first. Store it somewhere dry and away from direct sun. Keeping a few silica gel packs inside helps in humid months.
How it compares
The cardboard box most trees come in tears quickly and rarely fits the tree once it has been fluffed. A dedicated storage bag closes easily, is lighter to carry and keeps dust and pests out far better.

1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
