This is a hotel quality white bath mat made from 100% natural cotton, with a plush pile that soaks up water as you step out of the shower and a skid-resistant finish that helps keep it in place on wet tiles. It turns a cold, slippery bathroom floor into a soft, dry landing, so puddles stay on the mat instead of spreading across the room. The clean white colour and framed border give the calm, spa-like look of a good hotel bathroom, and it pairs with any towels you already own. It is ideal for family homes with children who splash, for guest bathrooms you want to look finished, and for Airbnb and short-stay hosts who need something that looks fresh after every wash. Because it is machine washable, keeping it bright is as simple as putting it in with your towels.

Buying guide
Cotton is the right material for a bath mat because it absorbs water rather than letting it bead and run off, but it needs to dry between uses. Hang it over the bath edge or a rail after your shower instead of leaving it flat on the floor, especially in bathrooms with little ventilation. Wash it weekly with towels on a warm cycle and avoid fabric softener, which coats cotton fibres and reduces absorbency. Wash it separately for the first couple of times in case of loose fibres. Skid resistance works best on a clean, dry floor, so wipe the tiles under it now and then. For a busy bathroom, buying two lets you rotate one while the other is in the wash.
How it compares
Memory-foam and microfibre bath mats feel soft but often stay damp and can smell in a humid bathroom. A plain towel on the floor slides around. A thick cotton mat absorbs better, dries well when hung, survives regular hot washes and keeps that crisp hotel look, which makes it the more hygienic everyday choice.
Frequently asked questions

Can I put it in the washing machine?
Yes, it is machine washable. Wash with similar colours and skip fabric softener to keep it absorbent.
Will white show stains quickly?
