Buying guide
Fill the water tank with clean water only; in areas with hard water, use boiled and cooled or filtered water to reduce scale. Let it heat fully before steaming, and keep it moving so fabric does not scorch. Test on an inside seam first for delicate fabrics. For hanging garments, hold the steamer a short distance from the cloth and pull the fabric taut. Empty the tank after each use, let the iron cool on its base, then store it. It is ideal for touch-ups and travel; for a large weekly pile of laundry, a full-size iron will still be faster.

4. Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
