Buying guide
Cast iron rewards low and slow: heat it gently rather than blasting it, since enamel can craze under sudden extreme heat, and never plunge a hot piece into cold water. Use wooden or silicone tools to protect the enamel, and lift rather than drag these pots — they are heavy, which is the point and also the main caution.
How it compares
Against aluminium pots, cast iron holds heat far better for stews and braises and weighs considerably more. Against bare cast iron, the enamel needs no seasoning and does not react with tomato. Against a non-stick set, there is no coating to wear out, and these go from hob to oven to table.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
