Buying guide
Mount the panel where it gets several hours of direct sun — under an eave or in the shade of a tree and it will never charge properly, which is behind almost every complaint about solar lights. Aim the sensor across the path rather than straight down it, since sensors detect movement across their field far better. Wipe the panel every few months.
How it compares
Against mains outdoor lighting, solar needs no cabling or electrician and depends on sunshine. Against an always-on solar lamp, the sensor conserves battery so the light is bright when it matters. Against a floodlight, the multi-bulb design looks decorative rather than industrial.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.
- Upcountry (via courier or G4S/SGR): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
