A stainless steel pyramid gas heater with a variable heat output and a tall visible flame column. The pyramid design puts the flame in a glass tube running the full height of the heater, so it throws heat outward at seated level while the flame itself becomes the feature — which is why restaurants and event venues use them.

Buying guide
Open air only, on level ground, well clear of umbrellas and anything overhanging. A pyramid heater is tall and relatively narrow, so it needs its cylinder base weighted or sheltered from strong wind. Check hose and regulator connections with soapy water each season, and close the cylinder valve after use.
How it compares
Against a mushroom patio heater, the pyramid throws a visible flame and looks considerably better in a seating area. Against a fire pit table, it heats standing groups more effectively and gives you no surface. Against an electric heater, it works anywhere without a socket.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
