1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

  • Upcountry (via courier or G4S/SGR): calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@wimukitchen.com or call +254 706 942 420. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

6. Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.

7. Store Pickup

Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
