Buying guide
Wash it cool and on its own for the first couple of cycles, since deep pile sheds a little at first. Dry in the shade and shake it out before it is fully dry, which lifts the pile back up. If your bedroom is hot — particularly on the coast — this will be too much bedding for most of the year.
How it compares
Against cotton, plush is much warmer and does not breathe the same way. Against a woollen blanket over a cotton cover, a plush set gives the same warmth with a finished look. Against microfibre, the pile photographs richer, which matters for rentals.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
