This is a pom-pom trimmed duvet cover set in soft, lightweight microfibre, made for 6x6 and 6x7 beds and supplied with 1 duvet cover and 2 matching pillowcases. The playful pom-pom edging around the cover and the pillowcases gives a bedroom the relaxed, bohemian look you see in styled Instagram rooms, without needing extra throws and cushions to dress it up. Because the fabric is luxury soft and light, it drapes nicely over a duvet and stays comfortable on warm nights while your duvet inside does the work on cold ones. It suits young couples setting up a first home, teenagers wanting a grown-up room, guest rooms and short-stay rentals that need to photograph well. A duvet cover also protects your duvet, so you wash the cover, not the whole duvet. Pair it with a plain fitted sheet in a matching or contrasting tone and the bed looks finished in minutes.

Buying guide
A duvet cover set does not include the duvet or a bedsheet, so check you already have both, or add a fitted sheet in a toning colour. The cover is sized for 6x6 and 6x7 beds; a slightly larger cover simply drapes further down the sides, which suits the boho style. To put it on quickly, turn the cover inside out, grab the two far corners of the duvet through it and shake it down. Wash on a gentle cycle in cool water, inside out, so the pom-poms are not pulled, and avoid tumble drying on high heat. Line-dry in the shade to keep the colour fresh. Microfibre dries fast, so one set can be washed and back on the bed the same day.
How it compares
A plain duvet cover is easier to match but needs throws and cushions to look styled. A quilted comforter cannot be washed as easily. A pom-pom duvet cover gives the decorative look on its own, protects the duvet underneath and goes in the washing machine, which makes it the easier everyday option.
