The lights are already on the branches, so there is no untangling or wrapping: assemble, fluff and switch on. Set it up once and it becomes the backdrop to every family photo, carol night and gift opening this season. An artificial tree is a one-time buy: no needles to sweep, no watering, and it packs away to come back looking just as good next year.

Buying guide
Measure your ceiling first and allow about 30cm above the tree for a topper: 7ft suits standard Nairobi ceilings, while 8ft needs a high ceiling, double-volume room or hall. Leave roughly 1–1.5m of floor width. After assembly, fluff every branch outwards from the trunk for a full shape; it takes time but makes the biggest difference. Plan on 80–100 ornaments and a tree skirt to finish the base, and store it in a tree storage bag.
How it compares
Cheaper PVC trees have flat, papery needles. PE branches are moulded from real tree shapes, so they look far more natural up close. Being pre-lit also saves the time and frustration of wrapping lights each year.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
