Returns
A curated self-care set that pairs practical everyday items with relaxation essentials. It is the gift for someone who has had a hard month rather than a birthday — which is why it works as a get-well present, a thank-you to someone who has been helping out, or simply a gesture that says slow down.

Buying guide
Self-care sets suit occasions with no fixed date, which means you can keep one in a cupboard ready for when someone needs it. Check for anything scented if the recipient is sensitive to fragrance. Pair it with a handwritten note — the gift is the gesture, and the note is what carries it.
How it compares
Against flowers, a self-care set lasts and gets used. Against a jewellery gift, it is warmer and less formal. Against a voucher, it needs no decision from the recipient, which is the point when they are already tired.
