These silicone washing gloves put the scrubber right on your hands. Each glove has built-in silicone bristles across the palm and fingers, so you can wash plates, sufurias, vegetables and countertops without reaching for a separate sponge. They solve two daily problems at once: dry, cracked hands from washing up with harsh soap, and smelly sponges that need replacing every few weeks. Add a little dish soap, rub, rinse, and the bristles lather and lift food residue while the long cuffs keep water off your wrists. They are handy for busy parents, house managers, students in hostels and anyone washing up for a big family after supper. The same pair can wipe down the sink, cooker top and bathroom tiles. Sold per pair and available in different colours, so you can keep one pair for the kitchen and another for cleaning elsewhere.

Buying guide
Choose a colour per task if you want one pair for dishes and another for cleaning surfaces. The gloves have a hanging tab at the cuff, so hang them over the sink to drip dry between uses. After washing up, rinse them inside and out, squeeze out water and let them air dry fully to prevent smells. Avoid sharp knives and grater blades directly against the bristles, and keep them away from open flames and very hot pans.
How it compares
Ordinary rubber gloves protect your hands but still need a sponge, and sponges get smelly fast. These silicone gloves combine both, rinse clean easily and dry quickly. Rubber gloves give a little more grip on very fine tasks, while silicone scrubber gloves save time on everyday washing up.
