A sink caddy at 23 x 11 x 9cm, in black red or white, for sponges and detergent. The problem it solves is small and daily: a sponge on the sink edge sits in its own puddle and goes sour, while the detergent bottle leaves a sticky ring. A draining caddy keeps both off the surface and lets the sponge dry properly.

Rinse the tray weekly, since detergent residue and sponge water collect underneath and go slimy — the caddy fixes the sink edge, not the need to clean. Keep it clear of the tap stream so it is not constantly flooded. Sponges last noticeably longer when they can dry between uses.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
