Wash the cover, never the latex core — latex should be aired in the shade instead, and direct sun degrades it. Give it five to seven nights before judging the feel; a contoured pillow feels firm at first while the neck adjusts. Side sleepers use the higher contour, back sleepers the lower one.

4. Tracking

6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
