Buying guide
Fill with hot water that has cooled slightly after boiling, to about two-thirds of the bottle, then squeeze out the air and close the stopper tightly before putting it into the cover. Pull the drawstring snug so the bottle stays in place. Never sit or lie directly on it, and replace the bottle if you notice cracking or leaks. Empty it after every use and dry it upside down. Spot-clean or gently hand-wash the furry cover and let it air-dry away from direct heat. Colours depend on stock, so state a preference when ordering.

6. Damaged in Transit
