The footrest is what turns it from a seat into a lounger: legs supported at the same level as the seat is the position people actually relax in, and it is why a chair with a footrest gets used for an afternoon rather than twenty minutes.

Buying guide
Set the footrest slightly lower than the seat if you find your knees locking straight — small adjustments to inflation change the whole position. Keep it on a rug or groundsheet outdoors. Deflate both pieces fully before storing, and store them loosely rather than tightly folded around the seams.
How it compares
Against the plain inflatable deck chair, the footrest makes long lounging far more comfortable and adds a second piece to inflate. Against a bean bag with an ottoman, this deflates for storage. Against a zero gravity recliner, it is softer and packs smaller, with less back support.

1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and depend on your delivery location. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you at checkout based on the destination, weight, and parcel size.

- Bulk & fragile items: we may quote you a custom rate before dispatch.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched. For courier deliveries we share the rider's contact number on dispatch day.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at winniemutembei68@gmail.com or call +254 758 157 035. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for the next steps.
7. Store Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Platinum Plaza showroom in Nairobi CBD at no extra cost. We will email you when the order is ready.
